Here are some frequently asked questions about my website design process!

  • I primarily work with creative professionals, ranging from the performing arts to online entrepreneurship. Given my background in acting and online business/content creation, I’m well suited to advise my fellow creatives on how to leverage their online presence to create more opportunities! Some examples of who I work with include:

    • Actors & other performers (musicians, athletes, etc.)

    • Content creators (bloggers, YouTubers, influencers, etc.)

    • Online business owners (course creators, service providers, coaches, consultants, etc.)

    • Creative business owners and service providers (interior designers, hairstylists, makeup artists, photographers, etc.)

  • It depends on the package you choose! The Custom Website Design package takes place over the course of 2 weeks, while the VIP Design Day takes place in 1 day.

    With both packages, there are a few things I’ll need from you leading up to our design project, including written content, photos, a Pinterest board, and a questionnaire I will ask you to fill out.

    Providing me with these before the project begins is important for staying on schedule and making sure our time together can be spent fully focused on the design process!

  • If you were to book today, you would pay a non-refundable 50% deposit to secure your spot in my calendar. The remaining 50% will be due at the end of our design process before we launch your site.

  • After you fill out the booking inquiry form and schedule a free half-hour consultation call with me, the next step is for us to chat on that call via Zoom to see if we’re a good fit. If we both decide to move forward, we’ll schedule your design period and you’ll get all the information you need in order to prepare! I’ll be very proactive and communicative in terms of guiding you through this whole process in a way that’s clear and efficient.

  • Squarespace is the website builder I use. In order to work with me, you will need to sign up for Squarespace and use it as your website platform, if you aren’t already. The good news: Squarespace is amazing and easier to use than most other platforms!

  • Squarespace is a drag-and-drop website builder, and I would recommend it to ANYONE who wants a simplified yet robust approach to creating a website. It’s easier to use than most website platforms, it allows you to create a beautiful and completely customized site, and it gives you everything you need in terms of site styling and functionality. Also, if you have any questions as you use Squarespace, their customer support, user guides, and community forums pretty much answer any question you could possibly have!

  • If you want full functionality and customization, I recommend signing up for the Squarespace Business Plan, which is $23 per month if you pay annually, or $33 per month if you pay on a month-by-month basis.

    The Personal Plan is more limited on what you can customize, but can be a good option for simpler websites. The Personal Plan is $16 per month if you pay annually, or $23 per month if you pay on a month-by-month basis.
